These Terms & Conditions constitute the binding legal agreement between you and cbajvip governing your access to and use of the cbajvip platform — including all betting, casino, and account services available at cbajvip.net. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
Legal Terms for cbajvip Platform Users
18+ Age Requirement
The cbajvip platform is strictly available to individuals aged 18 years and above. Age verification is a mandatory step in the account KYC process. Underage access is prohibited without exception.
One Account Per User
Each player may hold only one cbajvip account. Duplicate accounts are a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.
BDT Transactions Only
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and winnings on cbajvip are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Payments are processed exclusively via supported local Bangladeshi payment channels.
KYC Verification Required

No Fraudulent Activity

The following terms, when used in these Terms & Conditions, carry the meanings defined below.
2. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and cbajvip. By accessing or using the cbajvip platform in any capacity — whether by browsing, registering, depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, or claiming a bonus — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms, together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the platform, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific terms.
If you are acting on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. cbajvip does not accept registrations or wagers placed on behalf of third parties. Each account must belong to the individual who registered it, and that individual must be the sole user of the account at all times.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between translations or summaries of these Terms and the English text, the English version shall prevail.
3. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to the cbajvip platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:
- You are 18 years of age or older. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions.
- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
- You are acting on your own behalf, using your own payment methods, and wagering your own funds.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of a cbajvip employee in a role with access to platform systems or odds data.
- You have not previously been self-excluded or otherwise permanently barred from the cbajvip platform.
- You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress, impairment, or the influence of substances that affect your judgement.
cbajvip takes underage gambling extremely seriously. The platform employs age verification controls during the KYC process to confirm that all registered players meet the 18+ requirement. Any account found to be registered by or used by an individual under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, and all deposits will be returned to the payment method from which they originated, minus any amounts already wagered.

4. Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of cbajvip services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals — you must register a verified account via the cbajvip Login page. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method details.
Account Accuracy and Updates
You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your account is accurate and up to date at all times. If your personal details change — including your mobile number or payment method — you must update your account information promptly. Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
One Account Per Player
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the cbajvip platform. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If cbajvip identifies that a player holds more than one account — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — all duplicate accounts may be closed without notice, pending balances may be voided, and any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be cancelled.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. cbajvip will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact [email protected] immediately to request an account freeze pending investigation.
KYC and Verification
cbajvip reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including before processing any withdrawal request. Acceptable documentation may include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension until verification is completed.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
Accepted Payment Methods
cbajvip processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits and withdrawals are available via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. cbajvip reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Deposits
Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are generally credited to your cbajvip account balance immediately upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on processing times at the respective financial institution. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are set at the platform level and displayed at the point of deposit.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. cbajvip processes withdrawal requests within the timeframe published on the platform at the time of the request. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the cbajvip support team. cbajvip reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits on accounts pending verification or where unusual activity has been detected.
Currency and Conversion
All cbajvip account balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). cbajvip does not perform currency conversion. Transactions initiated from international payment instruments not denominated in BDT are not accepted.
Transaction Integrity
All deposit and withdrawal transactions on cbajvip are processed via encrypted, authenticated payment channels. You must only use payment accounts and methods registered in your own name. Use of third-party payment accounts is not permitted. If a deposit is received from a payment account that does not match your registered cbajvip account details, cbajvip reserves the right to hold the funds pending investigation and verification.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
Where a deposit triggers an active bonus offer, the bonus funds will be credited to your account subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion terms. Real-money funds and bonus funds may be tracked separately within your account. Withdrawal requests placed while a bonus wagering requirement is active may result in forfeiture of the outstanding bonus balance.
6. Betting & Casino Rules
All betting and gaming activity on the cbajvip platform is subject to the specific rules governing each market, game type, or event, as published on the platform. The following general rules apply across all cbajvip betting and casino products.
Sports Betting
Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and other available sports — are governed by the market rules displayed on the relevant betting page. Bets placed on a market that has been suspended or closed will be voided. In-play bets are accepted subject to the real-time market availability at the moment of placement. cbajvip reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by technical errors, incorrect odds publication, or events deemed void under the applicable sporting body's rules.
Live Casino
Live dealer games — including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Teen Patti, and Andar Bahar — are streamed in real time from third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by the live studio environment. In the event of a connection interruption during a live casino round, the studio's recorded outcome shall be the definitive result. cbajvip is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.
Slots and RNG Games
All slot and RNG-based games available in the cbajvip Slots section use certified Random Number Generator systems supplied by licensed third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or influenced. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are set by the game provider and are available in the game information panel.
Bet Acceptance and Void Rules
cbajvip reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed using incorrectly quoted odds due to system or human error, bets placed after an event outcome is known, and bets forming part of a pattern of exploitation. Players will be notified of any voided bets and affected stakes will be returned to their account balance.
7. Bonuses & Promotions
cbajvip offers promotional bonuses and incentives to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free bet credits, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific conditions published alongside the offer.
- Bonuses are available to registered players aged 18 and above who have completed any required verification steps at the time the bonus is claimed.
- Each eligible promotion may be claimed once per player, household, device, IP address, and payment method, unless otherwise explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements — the multiple of the bonus amount that must be wagered before the bonus or associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms and are typically between 10x and 35x the bonus amount.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from wagering activity using bonus funds, once the wagering requirement has been fully met, may be requested for withdrawal.
- Certain game types — including live casino tables with high bet limits, certain sports markets, or specific slot titles — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards bonus wagering requirements. Contribution rates are listed in the relevant promotion terms.
- cbajvip reserves the right to cancel, amend, or expire any promotion at any time. Bonuses that have not been claimed within their stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.
- Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or selective low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in bonus cancellation and account review.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cbajvip platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.
Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, access games, exploit promotions, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes, share account access, or collectively exploit platform features in a way that distorts fair play.
Payment Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or third-party payment credentials to make deposits. Initiating chargeback requests on legitimate transactions.
Identity Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, impersonating another individual, or creating accounts on behalf of someone else.
Exploiting Errors: Deliberately taking advantage of technical malfunctions, software bugs, incorrectly displayed odds, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
Money Laundering: Using the cbajvip platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds connected to criminal activity, or to obscure the origin of illegally obtained funds.
Match Fixing: Placing bets on events the outcome of which you have attempted to influence, or betting based on insider knowledge of a pre-determined result in contravention of sporting integrity rules.
Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one cbajvip account per individual, household, device, or IP address for any purpose, including bonus farming.
9. Account Suspension & Closure
cbajvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider.
- Determination that the player is under 18 years of age.
- A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
- Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months with no login or transaction activity.
Player-Initiated Closure
Players who wish to close their cbajvip account voluntarily may submit a request to [email protected] from their registered email or mobile number. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, cbajvip will process any eligible remaining balance to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and KYC verification. Account closure is irreversible once confirmed.
Self-Exclusion
Players who believe they may be experiencing gambling-related difficulties may request a self-exclusion period via [email protected]. Self-exclusion suspends account access, blocks deposits, and pauses marketing communications for the requested duration. cbajvip treats all self-exclusion requests as high-priority and acts on them promptly. Effect of Closure
Upon account closure — whether initiated by cbajvip or the player — all pending bonus balances are forfeited. Active bets at the time of closure will be settled according to normal outcome rules, and resulting winnings or stakes will be processed as part of the balance settlement. cbajvip retains records of closed accounts in accordance with its data retention obligations as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
The cbajvip platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While cbajvip makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous, uninterrupted access to its services, it does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, interruptions, or delays. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance windows, third-party service outages, and force majeure events may affect platform availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cbajvip and its operators, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of winnings, profits, data, or business opportunity arising from the use of or inability to use the cbajvip platform.
- Any technical malfunction, game disruption, or connectivity failure — whether on the platform's infrastructure or on the player's device or internet connection.
- Any third-party payment processing delays, failures, or errors outside of cbajvip's direct control.
- Any losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials or from unauthorised account access resulting from player negligence.
- Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature, even where cbajvip has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. cbajvip's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Amendments to These Terms
cbajvip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice to individual players. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible on this page at cbajvip.net/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this page will be updated whenever a material change is made.
Material changes — such as changes to withdrawal policies, wagering requirement structures, account eligibility rules, or data handling practices — will be communicated to active players via the email address or mobile number registered on their cbajvip account where feasible. However, it remains each player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
Continued use of the cbajvip platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and request account closure as described in Section 9 of these Terms.
